Overview
Julia is a shareholder in the Oxford, MS office where she focuses her practice on general defense litigation. She also practices in the areas of product liability and hospitality. She is committed to building client relationships and strives to deliver efficient and effective representation, thereby benefiting the public good and achieving client goals. The strength of this commitment to integrity and client service has earned her the distinction of being recognized as a Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” in two practice areas: personal injury litigation defense and product liability defense since 2021. Julia has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star since 2021.
Julia is a member of the Steering Committee of ALFA International’s Hospitality practice group where she serves as Regional Program Co-Chair and is the Program Chair for the ALFAi Future Leaders practice group.
Julia is active in the Mississippi Bar, including serving as Oxford Regional Chair of the High School Mock Trial Competition for eight years. Julia is a Life Member of the Junior Auxiliary of Oxford and is a past president and past co-chair of the organization’s Camp Bats and Balls. Before transitioning to civil litigation, Julia’s practice was devoted to family law.
