Tim Peeples joined the firm in January 2001 after clerking with former Mississippi Supreme Court Chief Justice Lenore Prather. In the 20 years Tim has been with the firm, his practice has been focused on representing employers, construction companies, and financial institutions across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

Tim is a frequent presenter on employment and construction issues, is a member of the Steering Committee of ALFA International’s Labor & Employment Law practice group, and participates in a number of construction-related organizations. He also chairs the firm’s Information Technology & E-discovery practice group and serves as a member of the firm’s governing body.
