The U.S. Supreme Court invited the Obama administration to take a position on a dispute between Mississippi and Tennessee over groundwater pumping to bolster supplies in the Memphis area (Mississippi v. Tennessee, U.S. No. 143. ORIG., invitation to file amicus brief 10/20/14). The firm's attorneys handling the case for the State of Mississippi are C.
