In 1946, Daniel Coker began as an insurance defense practice representing a handful of insurer clients who, nearly 70 years later, still are our clients. We defend policyholders in civil litigations in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and throughout the Gulf South region in all manners of property and casualty claims including hurricanes, tornadoes, and other mass disasters; product liability; automobile and trucking negligence; premises liability; professional negligence; public entity liability; employment tort liability; asbestos and silica mass litigations; and uninsured and underinsured motorists-related claims. We also represent, directly, before their liability policies begin to apply, a number of major corporations who have significantly large self-insured retentions of otherwise insured risk.
