Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law
Daniel Coker’s natural resources, energy and environmental law practice group offers transactional, regulatory, legislative, litigation and other services relating to the ownership, lease, production, sale, and use of oil and gas and also relating to the distribution and sale of electricity. We also offer litigation services in disputes arising from environmental impacts, including claims for contamination caused by industrial and other activities.
Our recent experience includes the class representation of royalty owners regarding payments owed on gas produced under their leases, the representation of the State of Mississippi in disputes concerning water rights, and our continuing long-term representation of electric power associations in Mississippi.
