Overview
For over forty years, Ken Rutherford has focused his practice on business transactions and business disputes, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. He has a particular interest in franchising, representing both franchisors and franchisees. Ken has also developed an estate planning practice. Ken’s approach to client matters is simple, but effective. Ken says, “Experience has taught me first to learn my clients’ goals and expectations. We then work diligently together to refine those goals to attain realistic results as efficiently as possible. Clients deserve nothing less.”
