Driskell Certified as Guardian Ad Litem

Mitchell Driskell, III, has been certified by the Mississippi Bar Association as a Guardian Ad Litem. A Guardian Ad Litem is an independent advocate for a child in various legal matters including proceedings involving child custody, child support, child abuse and child neglect. Mitchell also serves on the Mississippi Bar Association’s Child Advocacy Committee. Mitchell practices in the Oxford, Mississippi office in the areas of civil litigation and family law.
