Mississippi Supreme Court Affirmed Summary Judgment

The Mississippi Supreme Court affirmed a summary judgment on behalf of uninsured motorist carrier whereby the  Court affirmed established Mississippi law that a consortium claim was derivative of the personal injury claim and and subject to the per person limits found in the policy.
