Motion to Dismiss Granted on Behalf of School District

Motion to Dismiss was granted on behalf of school district in a lawsuit brought by a former teacher alleging she was terminated in retaliation by the school board for a dispute  with an assistant principal.  The motion was granted based on the plaintiff’s failure to perfect her appeal of the school board’s decision to terminate her and for her failure to properly articulate a claim for tortious breach of contract.
