Taylor & Brown Win Favorable Verdict in Jackson County

Ed Taylor and Kristi Brown obtained a verdict in favor of their clients in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Mississippi.  The claim involved a contract dispute between the firm’s client and a former vendor for overcharges which totaled $175,000. The vendor filed a counterclaim and asked the jury for $750,000 it claimed was still owed.

The jury rejected the vendor’s claims in their entirety and awarded the firm’s client the entire amount of its claim, $175,000.
