The Circuit Court of Harrison County Found Plaintiff Truck Driver 75% at Fault

A jury in the Circuit Court of Harrison County found the plaintiff truck driver 75% at fault in a case where injuries resulted from an 18-wheeler accident involving an employee of a glass company who was elevated over a roadway in a man lift.  Plaintiff asked for $500K in damages and was awarded only $25K.
