In an UIM suit in which liability was admitted and Plaintiff alleged $27,000 in medical bills and made a $100,000 demand, a jury in the Circuit Court of Hancock County awarded Plaintiff $30,000.  Following a set-off of the $25,000 liability policy limits settlement, Daniel Coker’s client will be responsible for $5,000 of the verdict.
