A ceremony honoring the 2016 inductees into the MWCEA Hall of Fame was held December 8, 2016. Among the honorees was the late Frank C. Horton, one of the founders of Daniel Coker Horton & Bell, P.A.. For over four decades Mr. Horton was universally recognized as one of Mississippi’s preeminent Workers’ Compensation attorneys. The firm joins with the Workers’ Compensation community in celebrating the practice and legacy of Mr. Horton.
