Jackson H. Ables, III, who chairs the firm’s Insurance Law Practice Group, and is a member of the ALFA International National Insurance Law Steering Committee was moderator of the panel of industry speakers entitled “Preventing the Bad Faith Claim” at New York’s Marriott Financial Center on June 18, 2009.  This was the first day of ALFA’s three day biennial symposium “Claims, Coverage and Change: Confronting Traditional Issues in Today’s Non-Traditional Economic Climate.” Mr. Ables is a frequent speaker and contributor to ALFA International seminars and publications.
