Jackson Ables Wins Gas Litigation in Dallas

Jackson H. Ables, III, a member of the DCH&B Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group, and its former chair, defended a tortious interference and conspiracy litigation brought in Dallas County and tried in August, 2009 against a Mississippi energy company sued over mineral leases on lands in Leon County, Texas. The claim was for rights to gas leases alleged to be worth more than a half-billion dollars plus exemplary or punitive damages. Ables is a member of the Energy Bar Association.
