Obtained a defense verdict in a two-day bench trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.  Senior Judge Glen H. Davidson ruled in favor of the defendant limited liability company and its sole member in a breach of contract action arising out of a dispute over a ten year hunting lease and 8,000 square foot hunting lodge.
