Received an Order granting defendant car dealership’s Motion for Summary Judgment in federal court in the Northern District of Mississippi.  The plaintiff alleged that he had been wrongfully terminated on the basis of his race and religion, and the defendant contended that the termination was necessary because the plaintiff made offensive remarks to a long-time customer.
