Presented And Argued Post-trial Motions For Judgment Of Acquittal

Successfully presented and argued post-trial motions for judgment of acquittal and, alternatively, new trial, after nine-day trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, in which the jury returned a verdict convicting Defendant on four counts of conspiracy to violate and violation of Federal bribery and healthcare fraud statutes, carrying sentencing guidelines of 25 years. The Court granted the Defendant’s post-trial motions for judgment of acquittal and conditionally granted the motion for new trial.
