Directed Verdict in Northern District of Mississippi

The U.S. District Court of Mississippi granted the defendant’s motion for directed verdict after two days of trial.  The plaintiff, a local Mississippi company, asserted claims of negligence, breach of contract, and breach of warranty in connection with the defendant’s importation of engines from China to the United States.
