Legal Malpractice Action Dismissed

The Circuit Court of Harrison County dismissed a legal malpractice action alleging that defendant’s negligence at trial resulted in an adverse judgment in plaintiff’s underlying case.  Defendant was represented by Daniel Coker attorneys Wyatt Hazard and Nancy Brumbeloe.
