Attorneys Edward Taylor and Nathan Ryne Hand won summary judgment in a case alleging legal malpractice arising out of the sale of an apartment complex.  The case was filed in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, MS.

The Circuit Court of Harrison County dismissed a legal malpractice action alleging that defendant’s negligence at trial resulted in an adverse judgment in plaintiff’s underlying case.  Defendant was represented by Daniel Coker attorneys Wyatt Hazard and Nancy Brumbeloe.
