Administrative Law Judge Found Restaurant Franchise Not Responsible

Administrative Law Judge found that Restaurant Franchise was not responsible for claimed injury to back and knee, or the spinal fusion recommended by treating physician as Judge found that the claimant was without any credibility as claimant “told so many contradictory things to so many people it is impossible to tell when she is telling the truth, if ever”.  Although the employer admitted an event occurred,  it denied that the claimant had any adverse or ill effects from the claimed fall when the record as a whole was compared to claimant’s testimony at the hearing.
