Breach of Contract and Breach of Warranty Case Dismissed

Attorneys Shea Scott and Wilton Byars obtained dismissal of a case alleging breach of contract and breach of warranty regarding the construction of a grain bin in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County, Mississippi. Judge Charles Webster applied the statute of repose and granted the contractor’s motion to dismiss. The court also denied plaintiff’s motion for leave to amend complaint to assert a claim for fraudulent concealment.
