Brown and Taylor Win Summary Judgment in MTCA Claim

Ed Taylor and Kristi Brown obtained a summary judgment in favor of a municipality where Plaintiff had alleged he slipped and fell at a boat launch. Circuit Court of Harrison County ruled the City was immune from such suits pursuant to the Mississippi Tort Claims Act.
