Defense Jury Verdict

Roy A. Smith, Jr. tried a medical negligence case in the Circuit Court of Warren County, MS. The plaintiff claimed to be totally disabled related to alleged negligent physical therapy.  Claimed economic damages exceeded one million dollars. After a week long trial, the jury returned a defense verdict in favor of our client.
