Defense Verdict in Automobile Accident

Shea Scott obtained a defense verdict in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.  The plaintiff alleged that the firm’s client was negligent in causing an automobile accident and injuries.  The plaintiff asked the jury for $689,000, but the jury found in favor of the firm’s client.
