Directed Verdict Obtained in Hotel Negligence Case

The Circuit Court of Lamar County granted a directed verdict for defendant in hotel negligence action.  Plaintiff was seeking medical damages as a result of allegedly being exposed to bed bugs after staying at defendant’s hotel.   Defendant was represented by Attorney Jim Weems.
