Dismissal of Fraud, Conversion, and Discrimination Claims Upheld on Appeal

The Tennessee Supreme Court upheld the dismissal of plaintiff’s claims of fraud, conversion, and discrimination against a Memphis credit union.  Plaintiff alleged that the credit union stole money from his account and improperly terminated his membership.  The lower Court  dismissed plaintiff’s action finding no evidence of theft and that the termination of plaintiff’s membership was appropriate given plaintiff’s various acts of misconduct.
