Dismissal of Plaintiff’s Claims In A Tennessee Proceeding

Obtained dismissal of the plaintiff’s claims in a Tennessee proceeding on behalf of a construction company.  The plaintiff alleged that the defendant’s concrete truck had been driven onto her property without her consent, resulting in significant damage to her driveway.
