Federal Court Grants Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s Malicious Prosecution Claim

Plaintiff alleged malicious prosecution against a casino and the manufacturer of a gaming device.  The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi granted summary judgment in favor of the casino and gaming manufacturer after finding that the casino and gaming manufacturer did not initiate the prosecution of plaintiff and probable cause existed even if they had initiated the prosecution.
