Judgment As A Matter Of Law in Race And Gender Discrimination Suit

Obtained judgment as a matter of law on behalf of a bank in a race and gender discrimination suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.  Plaintiff alleged that he was terminated because of his race and gender.  The Court agreed with the bank’s argument that no other employee was a “relevant comparator” sufficient to show disparate treatment.
