Jury Verdict for Defendant in Slip and Fall Action

Roy A. Smith Jr. tried a slip and fall case for a casino in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.  The Plaintiff sought $800,000 for injuries which she alleged were related to her fall.  After a week long trial, the jury returned a defense verdict on liability.
