Madison County Circuit Court Grants Defense Verdict in Construction Defect Matter

At the conclusion of a four day trial the jury granted a Defense Verdict in a construction defect suit in which Daniel Coker Horton & Bell represented one co-defendant subtractor. All fault was apportioned to the general contractor, and the jury further assigned 50% of the fault to the plaintiffs – a local attorney and his wife.
