McCharen and Adams Obtain Summary Judgment on Claim of Intentional Interference with Employment Contract

The Circuit Court of Washington County, Mississippi granted summary judgment in favor of an employer on a claim of intentional interference with employment contract.  The Court found that the employer not only did not want plaintiff to leave, but implored him to stay.
