Murray and Taylor Win Summary Judgment

Ed Taylor and Chris Murray obtained a summary judgment in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, in favor of a local realtor where allegations were made that the realtor failed to properly disclose termite damage prior to the sale of a home where the buyers claimed they had to pay $500,000.00 to make repairs.
