Obtained judgment as a matter of law on behalf of a sheriff’s deputy and county in an automobile accident case. The plaintiff argued the deputy was reckless and caused the accident.  The Court agreed with the defendants’ argument that they had immunity under the Mississippi Tort Claims Act.
