Obtained Ruling From The Mississippi Supreme Court Affirming Summary Judgment

Obtained a ruling from the Mississippi Supreme Court affirming summary judgment on behalf of a school district in a case where a high school student had fallen off the hood of a moving vehicle while horse-playing with other students following ROTC practice.  The plaintiff claimed the school was negligent for not providing adequate supervision in the parking lot.  The Mississippi Court of Appeals held the school’s duty to supervise the parking lot after school was discretionary, and the school was immune under the Mississippi Tort Claims Act.  The Mississippi Supreme Court denied certiorari.
