Obtained Summary Judgment for Police Officer

Obtained summary judgment  for a police officer in a Section 1983 case where it was alleged the officer has assaulted a female prisoner and improperly conducted a strip search of her. Court found that the officer’s conduct was reasonable under the circumstances and he was entitled to immunity.
