Obtained summary judgment in the County Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, dismissing plaintiff’s premises liability claims that a painted traffic control arrow in a parking lot was unsafe when slick from rain.  The court found that the painted arrow was not a dangerous condition that had been created by defendant’s negligence.
