Obtained Summary Judgment

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a design engineer who stamped building plans for a Biloxi restaurant that were allegedly defective and caused a customer to fall down some stairs and suffer a traumatic brain injury.  The court found that even if plans were defective, they were not the proximate cause of the accident.
