Opposing Party Concedes After Insurance Company Seeks Declaratory Judgment

Attorneys Tom Julian and Timothy Peeples filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment on behalf of an insurance company in a case involving significant exposure.  They later filed a summary judgment motion on this issue.  The opposing party conceded that no coverage existed under the policy and agreed to an entry of judgment in the insurance company’s favor.  The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi – Jackson Division.
