Permanent Disability Denied

Administrative Judge found the employer and carrier not responsible for payment of any permanent disability after the claimant alleged that he was no longer capable of returning back to oil field work from which claimant made a substantial average weekly wage. Such finding was made notwithstanding treating physician’s opinion that the claimant could not return to work.  It was determined that such medical opinion was not based on any objective medical evidence substantiating claimant’s allegation of inability to work.
