Represented A Local Credit Union In A Counterclaim

Represented a local credit union in a counterclaim filed by a credit union member who alleged that the credit union allowed the member’s brother, without the member’s consent, to enter into an automobile loan agreement with the credit union in the member’s name.  At the conclusion of a two-day trial, the trial court dismissed the member’s claim against the credit union.
