Successful Federal Jury Trial

Tried a three day Federal jury trial in a premises liability case involving a Plaintiff who slipped on on ice at an apartment complex.  Plaintiff put on proof of $125,000 in special damages and asked for $650,000 in closing argument.   After apportioning fault, the jury returned a $77,000 verdict for the Plaintiff.
