Summary Judgment Affirmed by Mississippi Court of Appeals

The Mississippi Court of Appeals upheld the Warren County Circuit Court’s granting of a summary judgment motion in a slip and fall matter that occurred in a local casino.  The summary judgment motion was heard after the completion of discovery.
