Summary Judgment for Defendant Restaurant on a Slip and Fall Case

Summary judgment was granted in favor of defendant local pizza restaurant.  After walking in the rain, patron (wearing Crocs™ sandals) slipped and fell just inside the door nearly falling on a warning cone.  Court held the restaurant maintained a reasonably safe premise and warned of the danger that the floor might be slippery.
