Summary Judgment Obtained in Hancock County Circuit Court

Summary Judgment was granted in Hancock County Circuit Court.  The Court found that the Plaintiff’s claims were not covered pursuant to the business use exclusion of the Umbrella Liability Policy and further that the Insurance Company had no duty to defend claims that were not covered.
