Summary Judgment Obtained in Harrison County

Summary Judgment was obtained in Harrison County on behalf of an Insurance Company.  The Court found that pursuant to the terms of an uninsured motorist insurance policy the subject insurance carrier was entitled to set off of the liability insurance payments made to the Plaintiff, and therefore there was no coverage under the policy.
