Taylor and Van Camp Win Summary Judgment in Hancock County

Ed Taylor and Katie Van Camp obtained a summary judgment in the Circuit Court of Hancock County in favor of a defendant car wash manufacturer who allegedly manufactured a defective car wash that had caused the Plaintiff substantial damages associated with repairs and down time. It was established that the car wash was not manufactured or designed in a defective manner pursuant to the Mississippi Product Liability Act which required evidence of negligence. Furthermore, any warranty claims were assumed by the Product Liability Act which likewise, required evidence of negligence.
