The Circuit Court Granted Defendant Grocery Store Summary Judgment

The Circuit Court Judge granted the defendant grocery store summary judgment in a slip and fall lawsuit.  The Court rejected the plaintiff’s claim that the defendant failed to maintain a reasonably safe premises for its customers given the deposition and physical evidence presented by the defendant.
