The Mississippi Supreme Court Affirms Dismissal of Case Alleging Prescription Mis-fill

Trey Byars and Caroline Johnson represented a pharmacy alleged to have mis-filled a prescription.  The lower Court found that plaintiff’s claim was barred by the statute of limitations. The Mississippi Supreme Court affirmed the lower Court’s decision.
